Book Review:
Influence - The Psychology of Persuasion

This 8-week program is not as comprehensive as the Ethical Influence Practitioner course with coaching and does not come with a certification or lifetime accreditation, but it is a very powerful and economical way to learn the science of persuasion with a Cialdini-certified coach. The problem of forgetting 90% of new information within a week (research shows) is combated because this is an 8-week program, allowing you to learn, refresh and repeat your understanding and retention of the learned material with a specialist trained to guide you.

Book reading is recommended but OPTIONAL!

This program can be seen as a book study, and students are recommended to purchase a copy of 'INFLUENCE - The Psychology of Persuasion' by Dr Cialdini and read just a chapter in preparation for each session to get the most possible out of it, but reading is not required. We all have busy lives, and if, for 1 or ALL sessions, you'd rather listen and learn from the information and insights shared, then that is perfectly fine and also a good way to increase your understanding and retention. Clearly, you'd get more out of it and would be able to ask deeper questions if you did read just a chapter each week... so why not get the book and see if you can fit in that little bit of preparation. If you can't, no problem.

The potential of 'Influence' to recover successes that you were able to have is enormous.
Attending a Book Review program is a nice way to learn this and remember it. 

Reading the book is not required but recommended. Simple purchase a copy of the book 'Influence - The Psychology of Persuasion' (not included) and when you can, you read just one chapter each week. In each of the 8 online group video calls, your Cialdini Certified Coach will highlight the most important lessons from that chapter and there will be time to have discussions about what was learned and understood.

You will likely find a copy of Dr Cialdini's book INFLUENCE in your local book shops that really need your support. Alternatively, look online.

During your purchase you will select the starting date of your book study. Once we have set you up in our system (typically within 1 or 2 days from your purchase) you will receive a welcome email and then some reminders to prepare for each session.

The Cialdini Institute participation guide for your INFLUENCE book study will be a valuable learning tool.

Participation Guide included

As part of your journey, you will receive a participation guide designed by the Cialdini Institute. It will guide you through the sessions and prompt you to make notes on important decisions.
NOTE: The guide is a PDF document that you will likely want to print in booklet format at your nearest office printing service. It is easier to make notes on paper than on a PDF.

This program does not include access to the official e-learning portal of Dr Cialdini and no certificate or accreditation is provided.
